白磁の地に藍の染付で枝葉を描き、上絵の柿の実が映える静謐な作品。
無駄のない形と端正な筆致に、柿右衛門窯らしい格調の高さが感じられます。
底には「福」の印があり、戦後の一時期に柿右衛門銘（門印）が用いられなかった時代の作と考えられます。
その端正な仕上げと釉調の美しさは、まさに家物ならではの気品を備えています。
背面には掛け穴があり、床の間や書院の柱に掛けて季節の花を添えるのにも好適です。
時代を経てもなお、清らかな白磁と上絵の冴えが保たれた佳品です。
